maxmcgonigal.com

I'm Max McGonigal, a photographer, and I'm the data controller for this site. I collect the information needed to respond to enquiries, run portrait projects such as My Father, My Son, and send occasional updates to anyone who signs up for them.

What I collect: contact details you give me, correspondence, and, for people photographed for a project, your name and any written testimony you provide for publication. The site's host, Squarespace, also collects basic analytics via cookies.

Portrait projects: taking part in a shoot is separate from joining any mailing list. I explain how images and testimony will be used before a session, and you can withdraw consent for future use at any time (this won't affect work already printed, exhibited, or published).

Your rights: you can ask to see, correct, delete, or get a copy of your information at any time by emailing hello@maxmcgonigal.com. I'll respond within a month.

I don't sell your information. I keep it only as long as needed to respond to you, or, for project work, as an archive of the completed work. Full policy details available on request.
